Like jogging or long-distance running? Lack time to train?

How about adding sprint sessions to your regime?

All over after about 12 minutes !

Warm-up of 90 second jog.

Then 6 x 60 m sprints starting at 70% speed,increasing to 100% speed for final sprint.

Include 1 minute walk-backs in between sprints.

This will raise metabolic rate and boost the anti-ageing Human Growth Hormone.(HGH).

Burn fat and build leg muscle quickly.You will also strengthen your Core section.

Unlike,slow boring Cardio,you will still burn calories whilst recovering afterwards.

Remember to carry out some dynamic stretches afterwards
